End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using WeClickk (the "App"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the App.By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not download, install, or use the App.

License grant

WeClickk grants you a non-exclusive and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

User content
‍
The App allows you to upload, post, and share photographs and videos ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by uploading or posting User Content on the App, you grant WeClickk a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

Privacy

WeClickk respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Prohibited actions

‍By using the App, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any User Content that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights, violates any applicable laws, or includes nudity and sexual content, hate speech and harassment, violent or graphic material, or engages in cyberbullying, impersonation, spam, or scams.

3. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App or its servers.
‍
4. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any other user's account.
‍
5. You agree not to engage in any activity that may negatively affect the experience of other users or hinder their ability to use the App.

By adhering to these terms, you contribute to maintaining a safe and positive environment for all users of the App while respecting intellectual property rights and preventing harmful behavior.

Intellectual Property Rights
‍WeClickk retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the WeClickk name, logo, or trademarks.

Termination‍
WeClickk may terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

Disclaimer of Warranty‍
The App is provided to you in its current state, without any guarantees or promises. WeClickk does not provide a warranty that the App will be free from errors or interruptions. And it cannot guarantee flawless performance or specific outcomes while using the App.

Limitation of Liability‍
In no event shall WeClickk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the App, even if WeClickk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Entire agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WeClickk regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

By downloading, installing, or using WeClickk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from using the App.
